All pattern questions can be sent via email to support@kalisthreads.com.

Can I return my pattern?

No. Since all the patterns are digital downloads, I am unable to process returns or exchanges. Once purchased, the files are yours to keep!

How are the patterns delivered to me?

When you purchase a pattern, you will receive an email with a download link to access the pattern in digital PDF format.

You will get a download link on the confirmation page and in your email. The link is valid for 24 hours but can be renewed if it expires.

I have received an email that the pattern has been updated, what does this mean?

If mistakes are found in the pattern or similar, an update is issued. This will be in the email you receive with your new download link.

The patterns are also regularly updated with better wording, more detailed information and the like, as efforts are made to improve and raise the quality of all patterns on an ongoing basis.

Are your patterns in other languages besides English?

Currently, there are no translated versions of Kali’s Threads patterns. English is the only language provided for these patterns.
