Patterns purchased at www.kalisthreads.com are for private use only and may not be copied, resold or redistributed. In addition, finished products made from using these patterns may not be marketed for resale or used in a commercial context. 

Returns/Cancellations

When purchasing digital products/patterns, you agree upon checkout that the 14-day cancellation period for the digital product is null and void. There are no returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the transaction has occurred.

Delivery

Patterns purchased on www.kalisthreads.com are sent as a digital pdf product with a link to download by e-mail immediately after ordering. Should you unexpectedly not have received an e-mail with a link to download the file(s), check your junk mail first to be sure you have not received it. If you still cannot find it, feel free to contact us at support@kalisthreads.com 

Be sure to download the file on your devise and save it, as the link only lasts for 24 hours before it expires.
